Terrible customer service. They sent me a wrong item during lockdown and trying to get it returned has been awful. I spoke to two different representatives and neither of them did what they said they would. I will definitely be avoiding buying anything else from them in the future.

I had a picture pet blanket done after our family dog passed away. The 1 star is for them sending the blanket without a picture on it....expensive too for no picture. HOWEVER, I would give them a 5 STAR for their return policy. I was able to return it the same day directly at the store. The store employee was very nice, apologetic and efficient. Thank you. When I called them as well, the lady I spoke to was very apologetic and helpful. Thank you.

Great selection of household items. Lots of items to help organize, as well as lots of gadgets for the kitchen. Well with the visit. Staff was very helpful too.

The rating should be 1 to 2. I do not recommend it. This is not a place to shop things. I was in line and there was two more lady in line. A Canadian lady without a scarf was behind the first lady who was wearing a scarf, probably from a middle-east region. I was the 3rd person, the second person was the Canadian lady and the first person was the lady who had worn a scarf. The manager came and ask the Canadian lady to come and pay in another cash. Logically, it was not her turn. When that Canadian lady left the store, we were still in line. Nobody cared. This is something the management team needs to deal with it. This happened months ago. However, I decided to do my shopping in another brand store rather than observing those behavior. Many stores do not discriminate people based on their races and colors. That was my last shopping in bed bath and beyond. I do not shop there anymore.
