Items are often out of stock, purchases are ALWAYS late when you order online. If you make an online purchase, they still have a lot of stipulations on if it can be returned. My item doesn't fully reflect the website, but I'm stuck with it anyway. **In response to the company below; I contacted customer service before leaving that review, they didn’t help me. And items being out of stock and late has nothing to do with COVID, items are always late being delivered, long before COVID was a factor.
Staff was amazing and really nice, helped find matching items for my apartment. Very clean and social distancing measures are in effect.

Very very over priced for stuff that you really really dont need. Most items are very low quality I have no idea how this place lives probably off people who just cant stop buying stuff for absolutely no reason. Customer service is on point and it's a nice looking store but really really over priced generic stuff.
