The place me and my roommate moved into is very spacious and a great location. The Operations Manager, Joe, was very polite, professional, and gave off a very caring attitude. He was a great help in arranging to get our keys a little early to move in, which was extremely helpful since it was an unexpected move done during the pandemic.
The real gem of the place is Joe (operations manager). He is incredibly accommodating, kind and courteous. Joe was the one who we had the pleasure of meeting when first moving in to our apartment on Marie St. He made sure we had everything we needed, and went above and beyond to make our transition successful.
I've lived at this complex for 2 years now, first in a studio apartment at 372 Zephyr Ave and now in a 2 bedroom at 2750A Marie St. The management team here is excellent, and Joe Alouie and Sang in particular went out of their way to help me and my girlfriend move in early. The apartment building itself is older, but the units are quiet, well-lit, reasonably priced, and renovated with hardwood and new appliances. The few times I've had maintenance issues, CLV group has addressed them immediately. I would highly recommend CLV and Britannia Parkside in particular for anyone looking for an apartment.
