My favorite delivery company, better price than other companies I used. They do LTL to US and CA, the best price I can find in Ottawa. I also did package shipping via this company. Simply go their web, choose a carrier like Fedex or UPS, then book a pick-up and get \agent discounted price\, almost half of Fedex/UPS webs price, a HUGE SAVE. Feels like lost a million did not know this company earlier.

Great logistics company, the first choice if you run a E-commercial based business like me. We have been doing parcel shipping and LTL across CA and US with them for years, always get best deal here!!!! Deliver fast and reasonable price, definitely recommend Byexpress if you are looking for a reliable logistics partner.
We ordered a sofa from costco and it was delivered on January 4th by Byexpress. We paid for a delivery for a room of choice. Because of the loackdown, the byexpress rep refused to bring the sofa down which is understandable. Eventhough, costco rep called a week ago to confirm the delivery date, time and room of choice option. However, the byexpress carriers did not want to wait for me to call costco for guidance so they left the sofa in our home entrance door blocking all the space and left. Now costco cannot send anyone to bring the sofa to our basement after the lockdown because the delivery has been completed. The sofa has to be returned and then ordered again with the delivery of the room of choice. Because of the bad communication between costco, byexpress and then the byeepxress carriers nt knowing what to do with the delivery, we have to suffer. We have to wait 7 days to get the sofa returned and then order another one and wait another month to receive it. This is non-sense. Please train your staff as it could have been avoided by taking the sofa back amd coming back after the lockdown.
Had a pleasant service here, they do delivery fast and good price, staff are friendly and helpful. Will defiantly come back again if I need to ship things to US.
