I have been to this location many times without problem. However last night they silently added a donation on my bill, without even asking. When I went back to challenge them, the guy said: I added the donation for you, and I forgot to tell you, do you want me to give you the 85 cents back? Excuse me????? Do I care about that 85 cents? No I don’t! But I’m angry about the way they do business. This is so dishonest! Makes me sick!

They're generally speaking a good station to use, clean and there's always paper towel and washer fluid with the squeegee... The only thing that gets under my skin is that there's an Esso right beside it, and when Esso drops their price, this gas station takes forever to catch up.... Then I'm sitting there debating between filling at canadian tire who are charging a couple cents more per Litre, but then give me a 2 cent discount with their gas advantage card, or just fill at Esso which would cost me the same thing, but better quality gas. I'd pick Esso any day in this case. Please step up your gas price monitoring because it's driving people like me away. Thank you.
Extremly clean and well maintained store. One of the very few if not the only store that has carpets all year round. Keeps it clean and looking good. The fridge is always full and they have a good variety of everything im general. Competitive prices for cigarettes and gas. The staff is beyond professional and very friendly. this is is my go to gas station.
They're getting better. Several times over-and-over for the last 6 years, I've been disappointed that the on sale items I went for was not available at this location. Their stock selection was decent, but quantity always low or non-existant, so as a routine I would turn to as a resort the West Hunt Club & Merivale branch/location. My most recent visit to the Bank & Heron location surprise me. The 'on sale' item I wanted was there!
Great service __ the lady helped me get gas as I have a disability. Having assistance is important to some of us. Please make one pump available to those in need. Thank you.
