Room is made of cardboard, you can hear the next door client brush his teeth. A nice reminder of college dorm room. Lame heating system, super long to heat the room, and auto cool when you leave. You return to a cold room, great feature in summer i guess. Blood stain on the bathroom towel and on the shower curtain. Bedsheets are stiff and stay cold for a long time. A hole in the bathroom wall and long hair. Poor cleaning. I only used the room for sleep. Not recommended if you plan to work in the room during the day.

The rooms were nice, but when I checked in the bathroom was dirty. There was still hair from the previous guests in the bathtub. The location is excellent, lots to do around the area and the rooms have balconies.
The room was huge and beautiful. Nicely decorated and plenty of room to walk around. There was a mini kitchen and dining room table along with 2 beds in the bedroom and a couch in the living room. For the price I felt like it was a good value. Two things keep me from giving 5 stars: 1)We kept having problems with the WiFi. My wife's phone had no issue with it, but mine and my daughter's phones kept loosing the internet connection despite having good reception (lots of WiFi bars showing) 2)The "Fitness Room" is nothing more than a small room with a treadmill, stationary bike and elliptical machine in it. Also, check in is a bit confusing because you have to just park your car on the side of the sometimes very busy street and go inside to check in. They will then take your vehicle and valet park it in their lot (which is an extra cost)
Pros...The location is great for exploring the downtown area. My bed was comfortable and the pillows had different comfort levels. Cons...the room itself left something to be desired. The bathroom needs major work, the sink was cracked in several places. There was no fan. The shower controls were extremely difficult to regulate. It was very definite that it was an older building, in need of a major facelift. Parking was off site and expensive. I think I definitely overpaid for the quality I received.
It's in the middle of the downtown. The parlament is 3 min by walk. There is a big shopping mall near by. Easy to reach from the Airport, the parlament "metro"station is 2 min by walk. The rooms are clean, cosy and comfortable. The staff are polite and helpfull. While I was there the fittness room was in a hotel room, a bit weird but more like funny. There were 3 fittness machine, mostly for cardio. They have a restaurant but there is a Tim Hortons really close. Also lots of restaurants in the area. Only negativ thing is that why I have to pay the whole price for my room for the whole reserved time, before I didn't even occupied my room. That was also a bit weird for me.
Wonderful place to stay . friendly staffs and Clean
The sum of all the reviews I read were a better reflection of the experience than I expected. The hotel was overall good. It provided everything I could gave expected for the price and location. Nothing exceptional from the hospitality side of the overnight team, bit a true sense of hospitality rang loud and clear from any and every interaction of the day time staff and management, from email correspondence with management, to front desk, to staff I passed in the hallway. Great location! Not in a room with an opportune view, but such a prime location to government and financial buildings, sightseeing, shopping, and dining.
Staff was nice. Older facility but clean. We asked for a fridge in our room and was told no issue. Upon arrival I asked about the fridge, our room was upgraded to a bigger room with kitchenette. We parked and asked everywhere as we were close to all we wanted to see. Will stay here again next time back.
