The Clear Ottawa Windows crew came on time and worked diligently through cold January weather to remove ice from a leaking gutter three stories up and successfully repaired two leaking gutter joints that were a safety hazard above my front door. Not only that, they charged me significantly less than the orginal estimate because they did not have to use their steamer. Excellent service! My experience was five star!!

My experience was a bit of a mess because of the miscommunication at almost every level. First, there was a last-minute surprise. They called me on the scheduled day to say that the price has changed significantly because of the snow. Nobody had mentioned about this when we did scheduling. I was unhappy about it, that’s why they called later to go with the agreed price, which was a positive at least in the end. Second, the technicians came way earlier than the scheduled time frame without calling us beforehand. So, they finished earlier, but I was not available to talk to them (and they knew my availability) and ask about the job they have done. There were a couple of items in the package I was going to ask technicians about. Since they did not leave any job report, I was not sure every item in the package I purchased was done properly. They only sent a job report after I asked. In short, it did not give me an impression that the job is done professionally and the level of communication was not satisfactory. I see good reviews for window cleaning, but for gutter services, I will think twice.
Needed a gutter inspection and the removal of leaf filter from my gutters before they caused ice damming. Clear Ottawa Windows did a great job. Fast friendly service from every one at the company. I would highly recommend them.
This is the third time I have used their service for gutter cleaning. They were professional, friendly, very knowledgeable and even did some caulking for me. Would definitely use them again. Their pricing is very reasonable!
Clear Ottawa Windows has cleaned our house gutters for a number of years now. They are professional, punctual, keep in touch for appointments, and do a great job. I asked them last year to add a gutter track to help water collection into the main gutter, and was very happy with the result. I definitely recommend this company.
