Cody is not as professional as before. They are making lots of mistakes, missing the spots, missing the windows, then blaming customer that their windows are old. They are doing caulking on wrong window and blaming us that we didn't show them the correct window. They are stealing money that they don't deserve.

Removed from roof on Sun. 17, 2019 and left no access to get into or out of house.
After using their services for years, this summer was unsatisfactory and we will be moving to another vendor next year.
The cleaner was nice and helped me with one of the screens. However, they were supposed to come in the afternoon and came early in the morning, leaving me insufficient time to prepare. They cleaned the glass to the best of their abilities, but the full window, was not cleaned sufficiently, and I had to clean the frames and sills again. They were cleaned cursorily. Given that this is why I paid for both inside and outside cleaning I was disappointed. It is 3 hours later and I’m still cleaning what they did not do.
Hired Cody to wash exterior windows and clean gutters on our home. Simon was excellent from initial email quote through follow up communications and scheduling. Very reasonable pricing and professional, thorough workmanship. Will definitely use again.
