I would really like to thank Hailey who works at the east end location for doing an amazing job. Hailey knows her product and I have always been able to call her and order with absolutely no problem whatsoever. Hailey is always polite and pleasant to talk with and I can't thank her enough. I will continue ordering products with convoy because of Hailey's professionalism. Keep doing what you are doing Hailey, you are a lovely person.

I have been dealing with Convoy Ottawa for 20 years, they have been a tremendous supplier. Their knowledge and service have been excellent. The staff are quick to respond by phone or email, curbside pickup and deliveries are quick and efficient.
I have been working closely with the convoy teams of both Ottawa and Gatineau for the past 5 years and could not be happier with their service. Very knowledgeable people that will do everything in their power to help in a time crunch. Keep it up Team Convoy !
Very rude employees and prejudice disgusting service by employees and management. Edit: spoke to area manager once and was advised that I would be called back. No other calls or messages or emails from the area manager. Nothing resolved. Very weird that even the manager at store could not tell his employee to stop verbally attacking us while we were talking to him and when I asked her to stop from the other end of the store he told me to shut up. What’s even weirder is the fact that the store manager was taking pictures of us while we were getting into the truck. Apparently we are not the only clients that have experienced this type of service at this location.
We have used convoy frequently for personal and commercial business. Great service fast delivery! Great people overall.
