Over the course of the last few months, my partner and I have been receiving Richard’s counseling services and mediating support for our relationship. Richard is a very knowledgeable professional while also being honest, empathetic, and an overall respectful mediator to all sides. Richard actively listens while providing genuine advice and guidance through storytelling and his own personal life experiences. Richard shares that life wisdom generously and it showed in particular when it came to people from different backgrounds and cultures, such as we as clients are. Connecting with Richard was easy, as was establishing trust throughout each session, even when the conversation got deep and into more challenging topics. What stood out most for us is that you could feel Richard genuinely cares about his clients and their problems, and at times our discussions resembled one you would normally have with a caring and open family member. Richard’s empathy, background, life experience and lifetime of counseling truly sets him apart from all other counsellors who we have worked with in the past wether as individuals or as a couple. My partner and myself strongly recommend Richard to anyone seeking relationship guidance, advice and counselling.
