Absolutely brutal service! Talked and dealt with the most incompetent agent Justin Harvey. Took forever to get ahold of, and often got my information incorrect. Finally when I thought I was all done and pick up my car after being fixed he had sent the wrong info to the collision center. This liaison company is an absolute joke. It was unacceptable.

Will lie to you and do everything to get out of insure you when the time comes. Carl langevin is a bad agent and that company made it impossible for us to get anything from our insurance after a flood. Left our things outside for a week and a half in the rain. Then hires a shady wood work company that never check our stuff properly and tells us wood can stay in water no problem. Can stay in it for days he says. Cooperators and crawford can go to hell bunch of lying vultures!!!
