Wasted my time and money going to this store to pick up some tea for a Christmas gift only to find out it's out of stock and that they haven't been able to get it for a couple of months. I was then informed that it's available online, seriously? I don't need to order 50 worth in order get free shipping otherwise paying double for overpriced tea. Phone 1st, because this is such a convenient location to get to ...NOT! Probably should've closed all the stores..

Have I finally reached the end of my personal “the best Earl Grey” trip? I don’t think so since there are lot of brands with different blends of this legend. But I bought quite a lot of your Earl Grey and I really enjoy it. Great staff always willing to help. I will come back for more if I ever get back over the ocean again.
Was so impressed by the guy with the red hair working here! He was so nice, helpful, and gave great suggestions. Tea is a bit expensive, but with promos its more affordable. It was my first time coming in store and I was not disappointed.
They've dropped so many of their good products in the past few years, it's really disappointing. Used to have tons of cute mugs and gift sets, but I don't know what happened to them all. They seem way too focused on "medicinal" tea now (read: unsubstantiated health claims) and their teaware just isn't as unique and charming as it was before. Also this location is always out of stock on items that I'm looking to buy. The staff are usually nice and friendly though.

Sent my husband to get my tin of green tea. I told him to fill the tin and the tin comes free. Usually, it's around 400grams. He purchased 65 worth of tea and was told that the tin wasn't free so I got a giant bag of tea...not impressed. I only ever purchase so much tea because you get the free tin. It takes a long time to drink so much tea and the tin keeps the taste better. Staff at Rideau said the tea purchased wouldn't fit into a tin, but that was also untrue. As I'm in my third trimester of pregnancy with complications I'm not supposed to be out and about. Despite my issues, I personally made a trip to Billings Bridge location who have some great staff who are knowledgeable about the products. I bought the tin and poured the tea into said tin. It fit perfectly. So I can't understand what was wrong with staff at Rideau..the tea definitely fits into the tin and it was supposed to be free . While at Billings Bridge I purchased some Earl Grey and they filled the tin, and I got the tin free. Save yourself the trouble. Don't bother with Rideau location, staff just don't understand the products. Perhaps it's the training
Always love going here. Very wide selection to choose from that you will find something to be your next favorite. Mine is peach matcha. Employees are always very helpful if you don't know what to pick and you are able to sample the flavors before you buy. If you love tea or have a tea loving friend this place is a must.
