We were referred to a Deloitte Insolvency Trustee by the Credit Counseling Society to better address our options. We we're very disappointed with the Trustee's disinterest and indifference. We had an impossible time informing the Trustee that they were not correct with regard to certain aspects of a debt we had and they refused to listen. Lastly, we felt that the Trustee was not quoting us the lowest possible offer they could extend the creditors. Afterward we were informed why they might do that by another Trustee at a different business: because they receive a percentage of the amount as payment for services. Heartless.
