Very nice hotel, keeping thing very COVID safe. Very friendly and helpful employees, comfortable beds and all the amenities you would expect from Delta. Very close to downtown and it has some wonderful places to go walking best by. On the upper floors you can get a great view of the river.

Clean and cozy. Excellent service from hotel staff who were friendly and helpful. The best thing about it was the swimming pool, the kids will love it. The underground garage was very hard to reach as there weren’t enough signs in the roads and its very low so any truck or a high SUV vehicle will easily hit the ceiling barrier, so you will end up parking your vehicle outside. The hotel is literally 15 mins walk from the Parliament and 20 mins from the Byward Market Square. There is Tim Hortons shop right inside it so that made it very convenient for us to order our morning coffee and the breakfast for the kids.

We want to commend Stephen for his amazing and personal concierge service! He was full of helpful tips and always made sure we had what we needed during our stay. The hotel is conveniently located near many of Ottawa’s attractions. Thank you very much to Stephen and the rest of the wonderful staff at the Delta! We hope to visit again. :)

This was our second trip to Ottawa and of course we chose to stay at the same hotel as we did on our first trip :) The hotel has everything you need to make you feel comfortable and is in a great location. The price is reasonable too Alex (at the front desk) had outstanding customer service skills and was very professional, polite and helpful. Keep up the great work Alex! We plan to book at this hotel again on our next visit

Are you looking for a hotel close to Parliament Hill, near Light Rail, and within walking distance to a multitude of sights and shopping? If so, this renovated Delta property may be your answer! The service is wonderful and accommodating - an early morning checkin on Christmas Eve. This particular room, a suite, was very spacious, enough that you could host a dinner party or other such event. On top of all that - very affordable. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and quality! The sausages, home fries, and smoothie shots were the highlights.

We didn't hate our stay but the room next to the elevator isn't a good room to put a family. It wasn't a very restful sleep as people were coming and going and partying all night. The staff were nice but seemed overwhelmed (likely under staffed) and there was poor communication regarding the billing. I just spent 45 minutes on hold to try to determine why my card was charged almost double. With no clear answer but to call back in 4-6 business days. I've stay at quite a few hotels downtown and have had better experiences at all. On a positive note my son loved the pool.

We loved our stay at Delta by Marriot. It is very well located, staff is awesome and it was super clean. We stayed for 2 nights, the first night we had dinner at the small restaurant in the hotel and we really enjoy it, second night we went across the street and eat at Baton Rouge (We have small kids and it was snowing so we didn't want to venture too far from the hotel). It is a 15 min walk to Parliament Hill and it has a pretty big poll that my kids loved. Unfortunately the buffet was closed but there is a Tim Hortons kind of "in the Hotel" so we would go buy breakfast there every morning. To be honest, I totally recommend this Hotel.
