Very unprofessional company!!! Had them come to my home to install an additional line for our internet. The tech was not equipped at all, needed to borrow a step stool and drill. Went to get a proper drill bit and wanted ME to drill through my tile. I did not want to do that, then they said they are leaving and not doing the work. I said I would drill if I ABSOLUTELY must, and then they said they don't feel comfortable working in my home now...lol.. They wasted my Sunday and are not doing the work. Very unprofessional company!!
