My dentist had recommended i come here for my cavities fillings, root canal and my wisdom teeth removal because of my severe anxiety. i had an appointment last winter and was supposed to get the anesthesia only but they had given me laughing gas knowing about my anxiety disorder which made me have a panic attack after that they grabbed my arm and tried putting the needle in and i pulled my arm away because of my anxiety and having a panic attack. which they were made aware of and gave me no pre meds. i tried rebooking and they said they would call me with an appointment date to never call me back... very unprofessional here

We had such a positive experience here at Dr. Ji's Sleep Dentistry. Not only is Dr. Ji himself exceptional, but the entire staff was absolutely amazing. They were incredible with my son and made him feel safe and comfortable, not to mention they did a fantastic job fixing his teeth! Thank you!
My daughter’s wisdom teeth were removed today. Very positive experience from start to finish. Only good things to say.
Saw him for the first time 4 yrs ago with my son, and i now have in my care a 6yrs old child that had 9 cavities and would need to be put asleep, and even tho this child was covered thru healthy smiles program, i did everything i could just so that she could be seen by Dr Ji. And yes, it may sound a bit rediculous or a bit extreme, but Dr Ji really knows his stuff, i first went to him with my son and he had to fix work that had been done less then 2 yrs before. His team is so friendly and compasionnate, they are really really good with kids. I got an update from the front clerk every step of the way to let me know where they were at, this was very reasuring the first time around. Dr. Ji listens and really works with you to help. Quality care all around.
Does not stand by their work. My daughter lost a filling Jess than 1 year after it was installed. They will not fix their poor workmanship and want to charge us to correct it. But before fixing it we would need to drive 1 hour to their office and have a consult first that we would need to pay for. Then come back a second time to pay once again for a filling should have been done right the first time. Feeling ripped off.
My son had his wisdom teeth extracted by Dr Ji. My wife and I were extremely satisfied with Dr Ji's services, from the pre-op consultation through to a phone call follow up later that evening to ensure everything was fine with my son. We will not hesitate to send our daughter to Dr Ji when she needs her teeth extracted!
Excellent and very professional dentist. Good Dr-patient manners with a nice modern clinic. Would recommend to my friends and family.
Dr Ji and his caring staff made stressful dental work for our son (8yrs) so much more comfortable than any of us imagined possible. From our initial apt to the day he received the dental work, I felt the customer service was exceptional, all questions answered along the way with great follow up care. I would highly recommend Dr. Ji and feel grateful that he was recommended to us by our family dentist.
