Basically like tinder for restaurant and bar workers. I used to work in Catering and this is a great experience. The employees at eStaffmatch contacted me directly via text message to ask me about my availability to work a shift that was fast approaching. That was above and beyond my expectations. The UI has improvements that are needed, especially on mobile (I'm always on the go), but its not prohibitive to getting set up and getting job offers, which is what counts. I have recommended this to a few friends already,
