Decent burritos and with the meat being flavourful and the tortilla being soft. Would rate it 5 stars if they didn’t charge extra for cheese on a taco. I feel like cheese is kind of expected. Other than that I will be coming back!

I went with my husband, and decided to be tough and ordered the HUGE burritos. Oh my, they were enormous! There was so much meat and other stuffing, and the wrap as a whole was very tender. Kudos to them for wrapping this huge thing so neatly too! It was really delicious, and the staff was personable. I had the wrap for lunch while I was super hungry. Managed to eat 3/4 of it before I felt stuffed. Then in the afternoon I ate the rest, and didn't eat anything else for dinner. Even when I woke up the next day I didn't really want to eat breakfast either. It's safe to say that the huge burrito actually crunched my hunger for a whole day...wow!
There are better Mexican flare's besides this place. They serve cabbage tacos, and cabbage burritos and other cabbage inspired menu. Truly sad.
I would give zero stars if I could. No matter what time of day I go in or order, they are always “Sold Out”. Due to past experiences I believe they just don’t want to make the product. They also frequently have issues with their payment terminals and therefore will often only accept cash. Lastly, they often give the wrong size of burrito. In the past, I have paid for 2 huge burritos and was sent one “big” (regular) and one huge. Because of this, I will not bother returning to this store until something changes. I would much rather go to the Merivale location where they are more than accommodating and accurate.
Since 2015 I have been going to Toronto. Just for some FBB! They have finally come down to Ottawa! I could never be happier! The first day they opened up, I actually started crying. Since then it’s now my 22nd time here! I would not change for any amount of money. The Might Shock some people. But I can assure you. The portions are more than well worth it! I have ordered everything on the menu, the sides, the everything else. I could literally be a spokesperson for this company. I am super loyal and super happy. Every bite is like heaven in your mouth! Please stop by! Never again will I go to Mucho Burrito, Juan Juan or Burrito Gringo. FBB all the way! Yummy
I was quite disappointed. The burritos are OK but not good enough for a second visit—I have made more flavoursome burritos at home. The baked chicken was dry and had a mild funky taste to it, similar to canned meat. It is not as good as commercial burrito competitors and the prices are higher. It’s nice that they have free guacamole and grass-fed beef and these other things they promote, but in terms of taste there’s not a lot going for it. I think this company is great at self-promotion and that’s about it. Definitely a case of style over substance.
Burrito is very decent and their spicy sauce is actually really hot! (which i doubted) haha. Overall not a bad place to grab lunch!
