Very unreliable and unprofessional service! After Francis rescheduling last minute 2 days ago, an assembly guy was supposed to come today and that \ I've added you to the schedule and I have a tech specifically for your job so it will be built for sure Saturday.\ After messaging and calling to confirm that someone was coming today, to no avail. I finally got a message after our scheduled time from Francis that the guy was supposed to come but he never heard back from him..? Then I was promised to have someone come within the hour and agreed to that. Then Francis had the excuse that another guy could bus but wouldn't be here for another hour on top of that and maybe I should just find another company to do the job for me. Just a waste of time and going back and forth. Very unreliable and unpleasant experience.
