My online order went through without a problem, items delivered without problem, low delivery charge.
Ordered online and did not check when I picked it up. They put everything in the plastic bag and inside the car due to social distance during covid-19. When I came home and opened it, I found used product (stretch wrap)....Very upset. I will never be back.
Ordered a product online. Was in stock. Received an email confirming that it was available and ready for pick up. Took the time to drive the 20Km to their location and pick it up. Was told that it is no longer available. They had cancelled the order but did not tell me. I went to pick it up the day after being told I could pick it up. The next day I received an email advising they had cancelled the order. I wasted an hour round trip. No compensation offered. Customer service unresponsive and does not return calls.
