The reviews are great, and I wish I had had an opportunity to meet the audiologist. Unfortunately, the receptionist required me to sign a document authorizing release of my info to third parties, prior to any testing. I did not wish to do this, so was given no alternative but to walk out without testing. NB I have no problem signing a release to the relevant people at the appropriate time, but this was an unfortunate introduction.
The staff at the Hearing Life clinic on Bank and Hunt CLub were amazing, equipped me with hearing aids in time for my trip, which took place only two days after the test. Would never have believed it if it didn't actually happen!
The audiologist is pleasant yet very professional. The result of the test was explained and all questions answered. I did not feel that she was trying to sell the hardware. When/if I do need aids, I will return to this location
