I have purchased here more than once because my first experience was above and beyond. I was misinformed about a product I purchased online and needed to return for a refund. The manager was super helpful and the refund was issued with no problems (it did take a few business days to process though). I usually order 510 vape cartridges from them because they have great pricing and knowledgeable staff! Last time I picked up my order curbside I got a free battery for my vape awesome!

First time shopping at Hemisphere yesterday, I LOVE IT. So easy to order online, good prices, decent variety, really easy to navigate website....swift pick up at the door from very friendly staff. Got a Tweed ball cap too, thanks so much!! My new favourite cannabis shop!
Far and away Ottawa's best dispensary-amazing staff, the best prices in Eastern Ontario right in the Byward Market! Been a smoker 35 years, been to countless dispensaries and I have enjoyed my shopping experience there more than I ever have anywhere. Laid back (no pushy staff/2 year smokers trying to "educate" one !!!), great selection and all and all just a wonderful business...

I visited this dispensary when it opened in December and came back during lockdown. Selection is vast and prices are good for legal weed. They know their product and know great service! My new go-to dispensary when I am downtown Ottawa.
