I just had tech Adonay install a 9 camera DVR Lorex system (costco) on my home. He was outstanding! There was alot of work to do running wires in the attic and also all around the house. I am so happy with the work. He was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He knew all the best angles to set the cameras on to get the best views. This would have taken me a weeks work to do myself. Thank you HSG, they are always very reliable. Highly recommended.

Impeccable service during a practical EMERGENCY!!! Furnace went out during a -22 weather night..3 units in my building needed heat and fast. Company provided me mini heaters and moved around their busy schedule to come the NEXT MORNING!! From what the guys were telling me, my unit was particularly tough to disassemble but they were thorough and everything is up and running perfectly. Very happy with my purchase, my tenants are happy with the quieter furnace, the heat is perfect and more efficient. Will be using them again for my maintenance 100%
The owners and staff of this company are incredible knowledgeable, reliable and efficient. We had a wonderful experience with the team when building a new home. My husband and I bought our central air conditioner in the spring and hot water tank in the late summer from this group. Their office personnel are so friendly, the guys are knowledgeable, tidy and very thorough and their prices are comparable to others on the market. That and combined with their great customer service makes it an obvious recommendation from us!
My furnace stopped operating yesterday, the house cooled off quickly, and I had to sleep with my ski jacket on! I reported the problem to HSG at 7:20 am this morning and the HSG technician (Adam) arrived at my home at 10:00 am. Adam quickly and efficiently resolved the problem, which involved a replacement part. I have received superb service from HSG for the last 20 or more years and today’s interaction was typical of their high degree of customer service and professionalism. There was no charge for this visit as it was covered in full by HSG’s annual maintenance agreement. First class service all round, and then some! Many thanks to all concerned. Graham Neale (Ottawa)

I use this company for my furnace and air conditioning plans yearly. I also had them install security cameras and a security system that they have been monitoring for years. My hot water tank died recently and they came out and replaced. They gave me the option of a rental or to buy. I also had them do a duct cleaning recently. I really can’t say enough about this group of professionals. They are there when I call anytime of the day and unlike others it is easy to get through to them without having to go through 15 prompts. I would recommend without a doubt. Thank you for your amazing service.
I had this company come out to repair my furnace after I called a few different providers and there prices were the most fair. They were quick and efficient And within budget. Since that visit I have many pets and chose to have them clean our ducts. They were great.
