I've had 3 treatments here so far. I've been very pleased with how everything has turned out and the professionalism of all the staff I've encountered. Sure sometimes they run behind but this is the case with many clinics, it's hard to predict how long you'll need to spend with each client.

They received my doctor's referral last week and still no call for consult appointment. I've followed up twice, and no call. If this is how they run things, I'm not confident about their services. Will be taking my business to Kanata Laser.
