This is my spot for when I want Butter Chicken. Best Butter Chicken in town. The flavour and consistency every time we go is always on point. Paired that with the garlic naan and it hits the spot for sure. It’s been a few years since we have had Little India Cafe but anytime we ask friends or family what there favorite Indian restaurant is it is Little India Cafe. We got to try Alo Gobi which is a vegetarian dish that I really enjoyed. Lots of flavour. Absolutely recommend you try it. It’s delicious What I like most about Little India Cafe is that you can select what kind of heat you would like, mild medium or hot. Another thing I can appreciate is during these uncertain times ordering is done online with a time slot. And only one person is allowed in the door where a member of the staff will great you at the window and ask for your name. The system is great as they make sure that the staff and customers are stay safe. Food 5 Customer Service 5 Overall experience 5 Chef Ram and Server Divya get high regards from me. Delicious food! Can’t stress that enough. The chef takes great care in preparing his dishes and the food does not disappoint. The dishes are a bit pricey but totally worth it. The best Indian takeout in Ottawa!
Nice home like Indian food. Small family restaurant with variety of delicious Indian dishes. Staff is welcoming. You may face difficulty in finding parking during rush hours. Overall you will have awesome experience.
YOU MUST GO! I highly highly suggest this restaurant and its one of the best North Indian restaurants in Ottawa! Ive been a returning customer for years and its my first ever Indian restaurant experience in Ottawa back when I was a teen! Their food is so authentic it tastes almost exactly to how my friends parents and grandparents make them! Even grabbing takeout now, the quality is just the same -- amazing.
