Hi, I am a regular customer at the Bayshore Mall, Ottawa. I visited The "Made In Canada Gifts" store at the mall, explored it, and found some of the nicest Canadian-made gifts: a Canada white, grey and red Toque as well as a Canada Flag long winter scarf. The two items are awesome Canadian-made knitwear. I will wear them with pride. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Good selection of nice gifts and art. Would purchase again. Terrible customer service though. Cannot speak for all the staff, but the experience I had purchasing an item was not great.

This great store located in Rideau Center is a true gem for Ottawa visitors or for anyone looking for well made, one of a kind pieces. Jewelry, art and craft items, sculptures and fun cheerful pieces (check out the socks with different Canadian prime ministers) at reasonable prices. Staff is attentive without being intrusive.
What a cool shop. I bought some local art but there is lots of great stuff with a Canadian identity for locals and tourists alike.
