I'm a rather new client to Mark Motors Porsche. I started as a client of Audi back in 2012 and since moved on to Porsche. As a business owner myself I can safely say that the Mrak family and crew of highly qualified and caring individuals are by far very impressive outfit. Paul Renaud runs a tight ship and I thank you and his people for your ongoing outstanding client service.
Highly recommended. The staff at Mark Motors were nothing but helpful, accommodating, courteous and professional through the buying process. The post sales support from the service and part department have been equally fantastic.
The customer service I had was incredible! It was an extended process due to COVID-19 factory shut downs, but it was well worth the wait. Paul, Kathleen, Tim and Alex were all excellent to work with. They were friendly, helpful and kept in touch. Even though it was my first Porsche, I was treated very well (which I did not actually expect). I would highly recommend Mark Motors Porsche!
