Performed my oil change quickly, but told me I was due for services that are nowhere near due according to my maintenance schedule (spark plugs) or not even needed. Weren't aggressive about selling those services though. Always check your maintenance schedule folks!

Follow-up regarding my complaint of November 30, 2020. Owner has still not contacted me regarding the reimbursement that he owes me (5 weeks now). Meineke Corporate Customer Service says the reimbursement is up to the owner and there is nothing that they can do. In my attempts to reach the owner, I came into this Meineke because after the work was done at the other location; I heard some noises and thought that the noises may have been related to that work. I was told it was my muffler (quoted 660 and the part would be coming from Montreal). The other noise was supposedly a pulley somewhere along the serpentine belt and would take an unknown amount of time () to find out which one. This Meineke is out of the way for me but if I had gotten my reimbursement, I may have made the repair trip work. But by now I totally distrust them. So, I took my vehicle to my local Anyname Garage this morning. Their estimate was 84 cheaper, parts are local, and the manager apologized for not being able to find cheaper parts (whole new exhaust system not just a muffler as quoted by Meineke, so I am sure that quote would have changed quickly). The other noise was something different than what I had been told at Meineke and had been fixed for free when they were looking at the vehicle to do the estimate for the exhaust system. A few short hours later, everything is fixed. Meineke either does not know what they are doing or are just overcharging for everything. This on top of charging for work/parts not done and refusing to reimburse. So where do you think you should be getting work done on your vehicle?? Definitely not here!!!
Dan was super helpful in getting my car's safety inspection done. He was able to arrange for the inspection on short notice, squeezing me into a busy schedule during winter tire season. The inspection was completed on time and the service was excellent.
