I like shopping here, though I prefer the larger location. I am happy that I can get some gluten free vegetarian items such as beyond meat sausages. Their cleaning section is awesome and I am greatful I can buy their cleaning items locally. Thank you for providing drop off service as well, I haven't used it yet, but I'm happy it exists.

Great quality products, clean and bright store, reasonable prices, and friendly staff. Bring your own jars or containers, tare them, then fill with grains, spices, tea, candy, dried fruits, tofu, cheese, oil, vinegar, nut butter, shampoo, conditioner, deodrant, laundry detergent, house cleaners, etc. Or put a deposit on a jar there and borrow it. They also have fresh milk, cheese, eggs, tofu, fruits, and vegetables, as well as durable goods (from stainless steel lunch containers and insulated tea / coffee travel mugs to reusable handkerchiefs and menstrual products).

I don't really get how this place gets anything less than 5 stars. To everyone complaining about prices, you can either pay with money now or pay with your health in the future. The science is clear so the more opportunities there are to live a plastic free, organic, local life the better! I'm so thankful for them for taking initiative enabling people to live a more zero waste/single use plastic-free lifestyle. They have all the necessities, staff are super friendly and informative, store is immaculate, and shopping is pleasant in general. I really hope they expand into the suburbs and more neighborhoods in Ottawa. Thank you for making the world a better place! shop local :)

I must say I am absolutely thrilled with the quality of their produce at a reasonable price. Whether you chose to shop in store or delivery, the staff are so kind and polite and the Covid safety measures they have in place are above and beyond. Cannot wait to order again from you!

We came here for their kid friendly waste free Easter. My expectation was it would be hands on and kid friendly. We walked in, never being there before, and walked out thinking it was held next door or something. Unfortunately for us it wasn’t. They just had a basket and pre coloured eggs with spices and stuff set out to show what they used. Not kid friendly in my opinion, which is fine, I guess my expectations were different than what was intended. Aside from that the store was great. Clean& excellent selection. I would like to go back for more items once I’m prepared with our bags and jars.
