Been a patient at the Centre for several years now. My Dr. is very professional and concise. Seems it took a while for him to warm up to me, but after several visits, I think he knows who I am now. Technicians are top notch. Very friendly and personable. Receptionists leave something to be desired, though. the office seems to be a bit disheveled and patient interaction is somewhat impersonal, bordering on rude. Not sure why they have to re-schedule if you call in late, since I am always early or on time and frequently finding myself waiting up to 30 minutes past my appointment time.

Equipment malfunction, no pre-call earlier in day to inform client’s of equipment malfunction

Went for an echocardiogram in August. Results were late. I had to call and call. Three weeks later.Results came back that everything is fine. Fast forward. October 28 I had a widow maker. Two stents were put in the LAD. Diagnosed with congestive heart failure. Ef value of 34. In two to three months, my heart went from fine to completely screwed up? No. They didn't do their job properly the day I went there. Don't go there.

I was here today and don't understand what people complain about?! Excellent services, polite and friendly from the entrance till you see someone for tests...great place, great people, thank you all for your services.
