we did our entire house with them, from new floors, new staircase, they did remove the popcorn ceiling and flattening it all and they installed pot lights in the entire home. They paint the entire home, and three washrooms was renovated including new kitchen cabinets and backs plash. We could not be happier with Ottawa Flooring Center and Simar’s guidance also, he is so good with project management… all perfect!!!!!

Simar provided excellent advice on tile & products for our ensuite and main bathroom renovation. He was the general contractor for the job which was completed on time and on budget. His team of trades people were excellent, curtious and left the job site tidy every day at the end of the work day. Ottawa Flooring Centre also followed up with the completed job to ensure it was completed to our satisfaction prior to payment and also provided at no charge a minor adjustment 6 months after completion of the project.

We want to install hardwood in living room and dining room but it was two independent rooms, Simar suggested to open the wall and make a big room, and they did, they remove the wall, changed electrical, painted the house, install new trims, they install new hardwood flooring and it was all perfect, on time, clean job and friendly crew. Job done with excellence!!

I will tell you exactly what they did in our home in 45 days: Upper floor: remove vinyl; screw down subfloor; Supply and install hardwood flooring natural maple. Supply and install MDF trim shoe moulding caulking and paint. Supplied and installed 28 LED pot lights 6 light dimmer switches. Supplied and installed porcelain tiles. They did recap our staircase in modern look. They Stipple the ceiling and paint. Kitchen ceiling had Bulkhead we could not fit a new cabinet the way we wanted. To create a clear line of sight at ceiling level moving an existing bean upwards by nine inches. Probing shows the existing bean sits over the foundation wall at one end and over an original "I" steel bean on the opposite end. They dealt with engineer and permits, and job was done. We also select our new cabinets with Ottawa Flooring Center. All was done by them with Simar’s management. Excellent work!!

I would like to thank Ottawa Flooring team for the great job they did for me and my husband to renovate our home. Simar his workers went the extra mile working with my super to make sure everything was done to be safe during the pandemic. I especially liked that Simar personally manage the project and oriented us with our kitchen remodeling. The bathroom looks beautiful with the herringbone tiles and frameless glass doors, and he created a beautiful walk-in closet with pocket doors, the floor sander and polisher were quick and clean. Thank you guys the best!!!
