The reviews so far don't do Yousef justice, and neither will this one. I called him in a pinch, and in less than 24 hours he was here fixing my issue. Professional, friendly, and my god knowledgeable, he fixed my foundation better and faster than I thought possible. He’s such a nice guy, cares deeply about his clients, and bends over backwards to make it right. I will have him back to do more before it becomes a problem this time. If you can get him – do so and feel safe in his hands. But, leave room for me because I’ll be calling again soon.

Ottawa Foundation Repair is one of those services you never thought you would need, but when you’ve got a cracked foundation these are the people to call. Work was done very quickly and was thorough. I appreciated the step by step photos taken and now there are no more cracks or leaks. Thank you OFR for coming through when I needed you.

No one comes close to their pricing in Ottawa. You get quality work with a great warranty. Yousef is a busy person, therefore; be prepared to wait a while to be scheduled in but you won't regret it. I had them repair a crack in my basement foundation from the inside with a polyurethane injection in 2018 and also repair a crack in the outside foundation in Aug 2020. I was very pleased in 2018 and again in 2020 for both repairs. Keep up the good work guys.
I had full waterproofing done on my home in October 2020. Yousef and staff were professional, friendly and very thorough with the work they were doing. I've never received emails from a contractor letting me know when they were coming by and updating me as the work progressed: Yousef did this. I was impressed with how he managed the process and worked on the job site with his staff, not just drop by to check it out. They took the extra time to do what was needed in very wet conditions. My basement is Bone Dry! I can put away the floor fans:) I highly recommend them for quality, price, service and professionalism. They also cleaned up the job site properly and put back my fence posts as promised.
