I had little clue about the home inspection process. James explained all the details and was easy to arrange a time to do the inspection with. The inspection report was extremely detailed, had good quality pictures and was easy to read. He is obviously one of the best in the business. We will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Initially I had a review done by the inspector my realtor recommended but when I told my friend I felt the review had a feeling of a ‘rubber stamp’ and I think there was a conflict of interest, he recommended James. After James inspection we still decided to buy the house but he provided us with a lot more detail and other items that the first inspector did not tell us about. This certainly helped us prepare for what repairs we need to do moving forward. I’m really glad I got a second opinion from. Thank you James
I found James through a referral and called him to check some issues in the roof and attic, on a Monday morning. He showed up at my door 30 minutes later before going to his booked appointments. This timely response saved me lots of time and hassle.. He completed an external inspection, and also inspected the attic and basement. Very professional, timely and friendly.
