I ordered a water heater package from Eccotemp fulfilled by Ottawa Logistics on November 24th and had it shipped FedEx. It was in 2 packages shipped together. Following up several times. Eventually I had a shipment tracking number for delivery November 27th. Packages did not arrive on Friday but one package arrived Monday the 30th. Following up with Is then sent that the missing package would be delivered on Tuesday, 1 December. No package. Following up again. I was put on hold by FedEx for 45 minutes and then cut off. Following up again with both Eccotemp and FedEx-still no result. On Thursday, 3 December. I got hold of a FedEx agent who said to go to the FedEx terminal which is a 45 minute drive and the package would be there. At the FedEx terminal you have to wait outside for them to deliver your package to you. After waiting for over 45 minutes. Someone eventually told me that they could not find the package. They thought it might be on the truck of a subcontractor, but gave no specific date for delivery, if indeed it was on a truck. At this stage as I need this item to be consolidated onto a shipment to the Bahamas which is leaving shortly. I called Eccotemp and ask them to ship another item overnight. I was on hold for 30 minutes before someone answered, and then the person who answered said he would check into the details and after another 20 minutes I was cut off. So not only do I have no information on when or if the missing part will be delivered but it does not seem that I can even get a replacement. I’m still waiting;-it does not seem that either Eccotemp nor FedEx are interested in customer service. I guess they just too big to care.

Item from Ottawa to Ottawa. Started the 23rd. Said it would be delivered on the 25th per thier tracking page. Then late the 25th it changed to the 28th. Then the morning of the 28th it changed to the 29th..its 4pm the 29th and still nothing. No response from an email I sent yesterday. Pretty terrible if something takes a week to get to another place in the same city. And now I check and the date has changed again to the 30th. So ive had the 25th, 28th, 29th and now 30th as expected date of delivery.

Amazon.ca is my “Go To” for online shopping. Decent prices, good people, delivery is the best & fastest of any other online business. Others promise 2 to 5 days delivery, but I have waited a month to forever... delivery never made and no refund nor reply from the company. That has NEVER happened when dealing with Amazon.ca. Their response to problems or exchanges is very fast indeed.

terrible service, my order was scheduled and confirmed. I waited all day for it only to be told at 5pm, that they had forgotten to load my KING SIZE BED and that I had to wait until Monday for it. I have emailed the company and received no reply, the phone number only tells you to email and you cant talk to anyone. I highly suggest to anyone to find a company where communicating is easy as it should be. They eventually called me and arranged for next day delivery and gave me a starbucks gift card...however this was done with a note written to ask me to delete my negative review!
