IT WAS AMAZING. The vibe, the food, the professionalism, the experience, all of it was superb! The food was fresh, flavorful and honestly fantastic. If you're looking for something different I would highly recommend Paella Party, its absolutely different and delicious! Thank you for catering such an amazing and important even to all of us. Cant wait to have you come back again :)

I can’t recommend this guys highly enough, we had Joey to cater my birthday for family and friends, Seafood paella and chicken chorizo were just fantastic. As a Spaniard I always had doubts to get paella out of Spain but, wow, that was just simply on point, gracias Joey!
I requested Paella Party for a corporate lunch event and it was amazing. The presentation was beautiful, Joey was perfectly organized and right on time, he brought everything he needed and stayed to serve as well. The food itself was delicious and the portions were generous. I highly recommend Paella Party and we will definitely be inviting them back in the summer for the full paella cooking experience.

Choosing Paella Party to handle the food for our fundraiser heightened the caliber of this event: the smell of the paella, made on-site with the freshest ingredients, and the spectacle of watching a chef at work over two massive pans of Spanish goodness, attracted quite a crowd of people, many of them asking me for details on how to hire this caterer.
