I spent a few hours today with Jessica she was excellent and professional esthetician. I am certainly going to see her again. Due to COVID every business has been closed and this being the first week I was so happy to have the salons open up again . I really felt pampered and enjoyed my time at their spa Relax Nails in the Trainyards.. I have been going to many salons for over 30 years and this place is very high on my list.

The place is beautiful with massage chairs while u get your pedicures and Jessica was amazing and made me feel special on my birthday I got a mani pedi and my eyebrows done I would recommend and will be coming back

Booked a foot appointment for developmentally challenged brother and while he was left unattended by social worker they asked him if he wanted a manicure as well and he said yes. He was not supervised when asked question and should not have received manicure. Feel they took advantaged of a disabled person. They refused to refund for manicure. Will not ever go back and sorry I have referred a number of friends to go there.

I made a 3:30 appointment for 6 girls to do simple mani pedis. Are plans prior to the appointment ended early so we called to see if we could go in sooner. They were very accomodating of us. They did a good job and didn't rush us out. And when one of the girls dinged one of her nails they fixed it for her. Overall it was what you would want from a standard mani pedi. Prices were standard as well. The lady who did my nails was nice and listened to what I asked for. Would do something similar there again and would go back.

They do a great job on spending the time to do a proper manicure, and I've always found that their gel nails to be long lasting.

I have always had a great experience here, the staff are friendy, make good recommendations and are happy to see you return. Sometimes having a negative experience at a salon comes down to how you've set yourself up - showing up with only 30 minutes to close, no matter what the service, is not a good idea. Talking on your phone, not communicating what you want... these can lead to poor experiences.
