Told the store operators TODAY we would be picking up our sign by end of business day, which is 5:00 according to the sign on the door and online. All was well. Arrived at 4:30 to find the store dark and locked! Called the store, couldn't even leave a voice mail! No sign for our display being built tonight and no sign for our event this weekend. Amazing customer service Reprodux....just amazing
