I am going to give them a 5-star review although we ended up not taking their service. We went to one of their physical locations for a 3D scan and were pretty excited about it until we got the scan results back. The 3D scan of the potential future smile didn't look as expected. So we called their customer support and a dentist actually went through our concerns, explained everything clearly, provided us appropriate expectations of the future smile and asked us to give it some thought before finalizing our decision. About two years ago, we went for the same opinion to a local dentist shop (I have also provided them an honest review) and were almost pushed into getting an invisalign without even having the option to see what the future smile may look like. Smiledirect club also never charged us for anything since we haven't taken their service but this consultation along with the 3D scans were free of cost. Although their website should have a little more explanation on how the scans would look like and how the payment system works, I'm gonna look past that. Honesty and transparency should have their own merit and be rewarded. That's why the 5-star rating. [Disclaimer: I am disguising my real name here for privacy reason.]

The staff was incredibly friendly and optimistic. They make you feel so welcomed and you really sense a strong team cohesion. I had Billey doing my scan and she made me feel super comfortable and it didn’t feel instructive at all. Sebastian came in later to introduce me to the referral program. Just overall the funnest experience ever regarding my teeth alignment. The picture gives you an idea of what to expect of your scan.
The staff are very welcoming and the place is beautifully set up and sparkling clean. Very accommodating from the second you arrive all the way until you leave your appointment. The technology that they use is fascinating and ground breaking, I would highly recommend this company if you are looking to work towards a smile that you're more confident about. My appointment was with Billie and she is fantastic. Great with people, very friendly, patient and a terrific listener. The perfect employee for this line of work.
Worst company I have ever dealt with. The product, if and when you get it is decent but for the love of god do not deal with any of their smile "specialists". The most unhelpful people i have ever contacted. Called the company and it sounds like a house party at their call centre. I would strongly recommend going with ANY other company! Our visit was quick and informative and our host was very friendly and welcoming. We were very impressed with the technology and the atmosphere of the office, and the prices are much more reasonable that most clear aligners that exist! We recommend going to this place 100 % !
I had made my appointment for today and everything was amazing! From when I set it up to the end, everything was very nice and professional. The receptionist Kyle, handled all of my questions effectively and ran me through some of the process needed. Billie was the second person I need to talk to and everything was nice and simple. She talked me through all the important details and and did my 3D scan! Hopefully I will be a candidate and will receive my aligners soon!
The entire team in the front were very welcoming from the start. I came in early, signed in and was seen within 5 minutes. My smile guide Billie was awesome. She attended me with professionalism, kindness, and answered any question I asked. I got the free teeth whitening kit, and it legit works great! Can't wait to receive my aligners! Highly recommend this location! Great job guys!!!
I had the pleasure to meet both Allie and Billie who were both quite instrumental in guiding me through the entire process of realizing my future smile. The way both of them seamlessly went from one step to the next through the entire process was not only quite professional, but also very friendly, informative and made me feel very at ease and respected. Their in-depth knowledge of the product is excellent, as both of them are currently using it, therefore it is made readily apparent that they both know clearly what they are talking about. In the end, I left their office feeling quite informed that my decision to go through with this with this company will be the right one. Thank you both, Allie and Billie, for making this choice a truly positive one, and I hope that one day, you both may be the first to witness my new smile.
