Solutions has some great stuff... but holy expensive. The store was clean and the staff friendly. I use their closet systems. If I could find a cheaper version of the same quality I would definitely switch.

Has a lot of useful items. You can tell some of the quality isn't great and a bit overpriced. But I still got things anyways because they are not sold anywhere else.

Worst customer and rude customer service. Went in to buy some organizers for the kitchen. I showed her a pic of our disorganized fridge and not only was she not helpful but she laughed. Told her that I’ll be okay and take from here but she kept on questioning “are you sure?”and went on to look at me up and down like she was sizing me up. At the checkout while waiting in line and clearly next in line; another sales lady rudely passed another customer infront of me and not so much as said a word like l was invisible. Wow. Not coming back- order online and save the hassle.

Great variety of products for organizing every area of your house (including kids rooms, laundry room, tools etc.) Bizarely priced, some baskets and bins are reasonable (5-30 range) while other more niche items are ridiculous (we're talking 100 towel racks).

A very well organized store. The inside aisles needs to be a bit wider to be able to accommodate a wheelchair/walker.
