My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Wu and her team since she first took over from Dr. Kajuira. Dr. Chen became a part of the practice and he fit in perfectly. Dr. Wu is everything you want in a dentist..professional, kind and very thorough. Dr. Chen also has these traits and we have no hesitation in either one of them taking care of us. My last 3 visits were with Chrystalle as I need deep scaling to preserve my teeth. She is a gentle,, concerned and excellent hygienist. It’s a distance for us to travel but we would not change dentist offices for convenience when you can get such great care.

I recently had an appointment for a clean, check, and restoration, and as usual I learned more about dental hygiene, was pleased with the hygienist's skill and light touch, and was impressed with the restoration. If you have "dental baggage" it is very hard to trust a new dentist, but I have been very happy at this clinic for the last year, since I first went there.
My family have been patients for years! Dr. Wu always makes you feel comfortable and is truly incredible at what she does. Great staff and very nice clinic.
Dr Wu is the best in whole of ottawa.. I am not exaggerating, I had a broken crown and went for consultations to multiple dental clinics, each and everyone suggested a huge bill and how they can do nothing because of cavity blah blah.. Dr Wu took a deeper look and she gave me the right facts and fixed. I appreciate her dedication and the honesty very much, she is so much passionate about her work. I lover her sincerity and patience :)..Dental hygienist Claudine is simply awesome, she does an amazing job in cleaning. Very friendly, she has bright future ahead. I travel all the way from Bayshore to Montreal Road and don't regret a bit. Worth checking her out before going anywhere.
