Sun Life is the worst insurance company in the world! Their website is stuck in the 80s and is not user friendly AT ALL. It would be quite easy for them to make it user friendly, but they choose not to, probably on purpose so they don't have to issue refunds. A lot of the claims you still have to submit by regular mail. Their online chat staff is condescending, especially when you asked how to navigate their ridiculous website.

Very poor service. Horrible processes that make me struggle while they do their audits. No regards to customers or their needs in medical care. App is extremely outdated. Have to keep going through complaints processes thought OLHI.

I love the opportunity to be able to drop off my claims directly in the Sun Life drop off box in the lobby. You actually go after hours and ring the security from the front door buzzer and they will allow you in to drop off your claim. Also worth noting is that the picture in the Google header is incorrect. It is showing the Sun Lufe building in downtown Ottawa. They have moved from there since and are at the Preston Street location now.
