This place is 100% closed down. After calling multiple times this past week with no answer I decided to go by their location and book in person. The door was locked and the inside looked abandoned. If you purchased any floats via credit card I suggest you get them to reverse that.

Still have 10 floats left. Last scheduled float was cancelled via template-style email. Online booking system is down. Phones not answered. Voicemail inbox full and not accepting new messages. I think we're on the hook here.
I have tried to book an appointment for my partner for a week now with no response. The telephone mailbox is full, Ryan reads my facebook messages, but never responds. My partner has tried calling several times a day with no response as well. I have a gift card that I purchased for him back in September. So we booked online not knowing we could ONLY book a gift card appointment over the phone. So for the first float, he had to pay out of pocket even though we had gift card in hand. "We don't do refunds, use the gift card next float". Okay, fast forward to January, and still unable to book a second float using the gift card! What gives? Just answer the phone. book it. This is a minimum business standard. Watch this though.....the card expires this month, how likely is going to be that I can get this done before it expires? I really hope Ryan.....that you can make this a happy ending.
Great place, great experience, but they have service issues. The last 2 times I went were a bust. Opening at 10h30 seems to be problematic. The others waiting outside the locked doors with me had had numerous issues too. I very much enjoyed the floats, had even bought a package ("we don't do refunds"), but driving 30minutes to and then 30 minutes back with a 45minutes wait outside and not even getting a call or email to apologize (only after the 3rd email) is unacceptable to me. I won't be wasting my time trying to go there anymore. Too bad, I really enjoyed it.
I recently went by to try and book an appointment in person. The place was closed and looked like it was vacant. I have floats that have been paid for and it looks like this place has shut down. Their website and google shows them as open and they’re accepting online bookings and sales. I’m frustrated that I’ve lost money and that innocent customers could be buying floats online!!! This is fraudulent.
I cannot recommend tank action enough. I try to make it a habitual occurence to come here when I'm over worked and "stressed" to unwind and untangle some knots. Ryan provides a laid back but well informed experience. 5 stars
Buyer beware!! The first float I had was great, booked online and paid by CC. There were a few issues, but that's not what irks me. The hassle of trying to get ahold of this company by phone or email is impossible. I received a gift card and have been trying to get ahold of this company for a better part of a week now(keep in mind you can't book online with a gift card). I've called countless times, left voicemails with a call back number. Now when I call the inbox is full. I've sent emails.. again no response. Besides driving way out of my way and actually showing up to the place, I'm not sure how to book an appointment.
Impressive facility and business but the manager/owner needs attitude adjustment in the manner in which he speaks to customers. Rude over the phone regarding the expiration date on tickets worth 100 bought at Christmastime. At least three customers will not be visiting this business solely due to a single manager's attitude and choice of diction over the phone. Plenty of alternatives in the city, so sadly I doubt I would return.. Not a good Christmas Gift.
