Tried to open a bank account. I had uncommon id(but it was on the list) so there was a lot of suspicious whispering between the teller (who was friendly but had no idea what she was doing) and another teller who had only slightly more of a clue. I was made very uncomfortable and decided this was a sign I should just go to another bank.. they seemed happy to take my money elsewhere.

The way TD bank treated me when I was in my teens had long affected my negative view of your bank. I had a tough start in life and when I was a struggling teenager on my own; I was on welfare and opened a bank with TD. Just because I was on welfare, TD bank closed my account. When I asked why my bank was closed the day before they would deposit my welfare cheque, they said, I had no money in it for too long and that I wasn't welcomed to bank with them with little to no money. The tone, angry face, discrimination and hate in their face is ingrained in my memory. Now, I am doing well and I am sure you would love me as a customer but never, ever would I forget how poorly I was treated by TD Bank! I hope others know how belittling they treat people.
very poor client service. they made mistakes in almost all my accounts and have not taken any responsibility. If you have an option, stay away of this branch.
Staff are always friendly and helpful. Even when I went without an appointment, they made my wants without waiting me for 2 minutes. They do good work with fast and reliable.
Horrible Service. The poor treatment I received at this location has ruined a longterm relationship with TD. I went in to be pre-approved for a mortgage and they took 2 weeks to basically tell me they are unwilling to work with me at all. I have a near perfect credit score 0 debt and a large down payment. Their online calculator said I was shopping well within my price range however they would not give me a clear answer as far as what I would be approved for until the very end. Shakil Kassam was who was \helping me\ made the experience extra painful as he does not seem to understand finances whatsoever. I will be closing my TD account for good.
