We had the pleasure of working with Tonya and her amazing team on a project we headed up at the local Ronald McDonald House. To say that we were more than impressed with their professionalism was an understatement. Their team worked closely with us and helped us create the vision we had for the room renovation and the end result was simply magical for any family that now gets to stay in the room. We cannot thank them enough for their quality of work but more importantly their wonderful hearts and dedication to the job at hand. Not sure how we came across 2DoDone when we needed renovation work done in our store, but we're really glad we did! The entire process was smooth; the initial consultation, the scheduling, the renovation day itself, the teams (construction, painting, electrician and project manager) and the follow up. We were so pleased with the first job that we contacted them again to build fabric bins and a cutting table for us. We have other reno plans, and when it's time, we'll definitely have them 2DoDone!

Our bathroom renovation (full gut reno) experience was excellent. I spent many hours going back and forth with the operations manager Sean about the work to be done before signing, and he clarified everything top to bottom, including costs and processes. There were several site visits to get everyone on the same page before work got started, which was also reassuring. Tesfaye was our project lead and he knocked it out of the park. Everything was very well-communicated, from materials choices to timelines, which was admittedly longer than anticipated, but not by much and partly by our choice (vacation). Tesfaye was efficient, detail-oriented, and rolled up his sleeves for the many little surprises in our 1895 bathroom. He was also considerate that we were working from home throughout the whole job (not interrupting meetings, warning of loud noises, keeping the area clean). It was a small bathroom, but he and his \sidekick\ Issac made a great team team and were a pleasure to be around. In the end, the bathroom looks fantastic and works perfectly, and it all came in right on budget. I'll be happy to call To Do Done again.

It was a first time and very good experience with this firm. From the get-go they were good listeners and the project to put in new closet doors unfolded in an excellent way. The crew that did the work were attentive to detail and there was really good communication with us and within the team. It was a good quality build at a fair price.
