Valecrap builds very cheap homes, not impressed with the qualitly of workmanship put into their projects, defiantly hire a third party to inspect your home before signing!!! I found 1inch gaps around my windows, no insulation in certain areas of my home that should be insulated, cracked foundation.... more to come? All when my house wasn't even 10 years old, and as far as customer service...... they basically throw you the middle finger. Numerous times I contacted them and I get nothing...

I am writing this to let you know about the outstanding customer service we have received and continue to receive from Valecraft Homes. I researched and visited many Ottawa home builders and had hit & miss customer service. From start to finish Nicole has made the experience of purchasing a new home an exciting, educational and memorable one. Her knowledge of the company and the homes they offer was remarkable as this was our first new home purchase and I had many questions and concerns. Her knowledge in combination with her friendly approach made me feel comfortable and confident in knowing that purchasing a home from Valecraft Homes was the right decision. My new home is beautiful! The exterior has brick and stone. When you enter your see the eye-catching curved stairs and open concept. There is lots of space for my two children and two dogs. The basement is fully finished with a gas fireplace to snuggle by. Everyone has their own bedroom and plenty of washrooms. The layout is fantastic and the fishes are luxurious. I’m so happy with to build family memories here. I’ve heard horror storied about after sales service in other home builders, but my experience has been fantastic. I’ve had questions and little touch ups requested and the service team was efficient and friendly. They continue to provide amazing customer service which reassures me that I’ve made the right choice. My children and I love our new townhome in Orleans!
