The water is delicious, and you can really taste the purity and cleanliness of it. However, the prices are grossly expensive and ridiculous!
In case you haven't noticed, tap water tastes atrocious - water should not have a taste at all! If knowledgeable service and pure water is what you are after, this is the place for you. I have been a customer for many years and am nothing but appreciative (water being life and all, lest we forget!) I would take poor reviews with a large grain of salt - the owner is a wonderful person, very kind, honest and helpful. Any customer talking about "power" and lourding said power over a family operation deserves to be cussed out and taken down a peg, though I highly doubt anyone at Water Universe would lower themselves to that level...
Decent price for refill but little bit steep for dispenser.
Our Family have been customers at WATER UNIVERSE for 5 years now and this family run business cares about the quality of the product that they produce. In looking for an alternate source of bottled water after finding a dead fly in one of the bottles of a popular supplier, on my first visit Mustafa (owner) was friendly and took the time to explain the processes of Reverse Osmosis and Distilled water. I'd highly recommend taking a look at the water purification services offered here.
