Booked a private consultation with West of Main to get a few decor ideas for my living room. Everything from the online booking to the immediate follow up email to the consultation was amazing! I worked with Averie and Miranda and both of their insights were awesome. I ended up grabbing a few pieces and will definitely be ordering a few more online to style up my living room. Totally recommend booking a consultation if you have any questions or need professional insight on your space. Also, their pieces are absolutely fab!

My experience being a customer of West of Main has been one of the best experiences! The staff are professional, kind, incredibly understanding and caring. I have purchased from this store numerous times and what keeps me coming back is the client care that I receive. The furniture is of course stunning and I love all the pieces I have purchased because the quality is fantastic, but ultimately it's the exceptional client care that makes the experience outstanding and is the reason West of Main has become the first place I look to furnish my home.
I saw in the magazine Style at Home a gorgeous jar called Tikal Pot. I went on the West of Main website to order one. Unfortunately, it was out of stock. I contacted a Sales Associate to express my interest to buy one. The Sales Associate contacted the supplier to see if they could order one for me. And I got one. I love it. It was a five stars service. Thank you!
I recently had a consultation with Averie and Miranda. They were incredibly helpful and down to earth. They adapted their suggestions to suit the fact that I have a large dog and a one-year-old, keeping their ideas kid-friendly but beautiful. They also suggested some materials and arrangements I would never have considered before but that are perfect for our needs. Finally, they were both easy going and really listened to what I wanted and needed. Overall I was very impressed and would definitely consult with them again for another space in the future.
