I live several hours away and have ordered from Wizard's Tower a few times over the last couple of years. I am happy to report that their customer service is absolutely top notch. They are a great resource in the MTG industry that deliver product to match. I only regret not having written this review sooner! Truly a very personable company and very easy to deal with.

A niche place for magic the gathering. But they also have more than this. They have comic books other board games and funk pops. This place is more than meets the eyes and I just stumbled upon it by accident. It looks like they're doing great things for the tabletop gaming community by holding tournaments as well. Support this store not only because it has tons of stuff to buy but they are also helping their local gaming community.
Ordered online for a MTG box. Customer service was fast. Delivery arrived well packed and earlier than expected. Would order again without hesitation!

Went to a huge magic pre-release tournament. They organized it very professionally and as orderly as they could, I had a great time. However be careful when you sell cards with them. I submitted a list of 20 some cards to sell but after they processed the order, 1 card didn't go through, and they didn't mention that card worth or card name in the final email (they did list every card they accepted). I had to went back to my own list and compare one by one just to realize they rejected my most expensive foil mythic card! Later I went there to claim it and asked them why they rejected it and the reception just said it's not on the log so he can't say. I sold that card somewhere else with no issues. I think they were hoping for careless sellers, so that they can swindle a top card without been noticed. Just be careful and double check your final sell list!
