This restaurant has horrible customer service I phoned in for a take out order and was supposed to be put on hold but I was not I sat on phone for 24 minutes until I walked into the restaurant with my phone in my hand and someone greeting me and you could hear their voice echoing from my phone. This Restaurant is located in a 5 star motel but has point 5 star service.

What a great little hidden spot! We e stopped by for breakfast on our way home leaving Newport. The staff was lovely, the food was delicious and THE VIEW...incredible. will definitely be coming back the next time we drive through.
Pizza's are great, especially the Otter Shroomer. The green chili burger is super good too. Everything we've had from Spyglass contained quality ingredients and was cooked perfectly. You will not find better pizzas and burgers at any other place in the area. Staff is very pleasant as well. We can't wait until it is safe to have indoor meals again. The breakfast was really good during a visit about a year ago.
I know this looks like an odd combination but it is just what I wanted. Ceasar salad, onion rings and a beer. The salad was perfect with just the right amount of dressing. The onion rings have a tempura batter making them crisp and delicious. The view is one of the best at the beach.
We had a good lunch in the lounge, really good clam strips. Lovely view and good staff. They just took over so I expect it will get better and better. We were early, that's why there's no one in the pictures.
I think it's been so many years of open again closed again that people won't drive out to eat unless they are already staying here. It's too bad because the food was good and the sunset view was great
My wife and I decided to try dinner in the bar and it was definitely an amazing experience. This pleasant place is located right on the cliff at otter rock. I want more people to know how great this place is because I want to be sure it's around when we go back. I know it's been through some renovations and ownership changes and they seem to have got it right. Thank you for the amazing service, food and view. Oh and we went back for breakfast a few days later...just as good and no wait!
