Happy with the installation of all windows and doors, house has been completely reshod. Particularly happy with the rear or back door which I asked to be a barn door, the engineer was honest and gave me proper advice so I ended up with a split/tilt/open barn door, which far exceeded my expectations All work was carried out to a professional finish, the installer was a very pleasant chap who cleaned up behind himself and left the place clean and tidy. Happily to recommend - PC

We have just had the most amazing room built by otter windows It’s fabulous. We are so thrilled The workmen were all lovely and worked hard daily and the result is more than we could have imagined It’s a real wow room !!!! Bifold doors .. gallery roof with some glass .... Fabulous lighting Just gorgeous Would thoroughly recommend Otter windows

It's a real shame having to write this review, myself and my family always like to support independent businesses where we can. My grandmother recently spent over 4 thousand pounds getting windows and a door from Otter Windows. At the time, the salesman was pleasant and the products were installed well. Being her age, my grandmother really needs 6 spare keys to give to her daughters and other neighbours in case they need to assist in a health scare. John from Otter Windows made a promise at the time that they would be able to get this sorted for my Grandmother at the time, and she went ahead with the purchase in good faith on these terms. A business and customer relationship is all about trust - she paid her invoice the day after it was raised. Since then, she has not received the 6 spare keys she was promised. After attempts to call Otter Windows numerous times for weeks, she tried to get them cut herself but none of the local locksmiths could get the blanks. Otter Windows have totally ignored my grandmother and betrayed her trust, leaving her with no other option than to try and buy some online (where, at her age, she is vulnerable to scams) or turn to me and other members of the family to try and assist her. They have not even returned my own calls to confirm whether they can or can't get the blanks from their supplier - every time having to ask again for my grandmas contact details. As a small business owner myself, I feel the need to let others be aware of the lack of after-sales care this company has demonstrated towards an elderly person. I would be happy to re-consider this review if this issue gets resolved.

Sales director very friendly and gave good competitive quote. Fitters were quick and efficient but slightly grumpy. Sadly the aftercare has been very disappointing. I’ve been contacting them for over 6 months about a problem with the window. They came and viewed (after lots of hassling) and agreed window was not right and that they would fix. Never heard from them since. Really disappointed as we gave them the business as they were a local firm.
